Rate my fantasy baseball team?
Assuming a 12-person league. If you're playing in a deeper league, I would upgrade my ratings. If your league is smaller than 10, I would downgrade.

Starters: 7.5

Pitching: 7

Bench: 6

C.Paul Lo Duca (C, NYM)--The good news is catcher is a weak postion; the bad news is Lo Duca isn't that good.

1b.Albert Pujols (1B, STL)--Congrats on getting the top pick!

2b.Freddy Sanchez (2B, 3B, SS, PIT)--hurt right now. make sure you start the season with Hudson at 2B. When healthy, Sanchez is solid, but don't expect a batting average as good as last year's.

3b.Chipper Jones (3B, ATL)--I took this gamble too. He's getting old and he's injury-prone. But if he can stay healthy, he can still put up good numbers.

SS.Jimmy Rollins (SS, PHI)--Solid SS. At the top of an awesome Philadelphia line-up (Rollins, Victorino, Utley, Howard)

OF.Adam Dunn (OF, CIN)--Good power. Average will hurt a bit, but you knew that.

OF.Matt Holliday (OF, COL)--An outfield star playing in a great place for batters!

OF.Hideki Matsui (OF, NYY)--He's healthy, and the Yankees are still tough. Expect good things.

P.Chicago White Sox (P, CWS)--Going to be interesting. They are a year removed from having an elite pitching staff. That said, Contreras isn't getting younger and Jenks has had a rough spring. Can you pick up Baltimore as insurance (they may surprise people--Bedard's a stud, Cabrera and Loewen are coming along; Ray is a good closer)

Bench

Khalil Greene (SS, SD)--Okay. Rollins is much better. I remember a couple of years ago when I thought Greene would be special. I no longer think that.

Frank Thomas (1B, TOR)--Had a monster year last year--a true resurgence. Your trick is going to be getting him in your line-up, because it doesn't appear that you play a utility spot.

Craig Monroe (OF, DET)--okay; nothing special.

David DeJesus (OF, KC)--Expected to have a break out year. Good pick!

Orlando Hudson (2B, ARI)--He's fine. You're lucky to have him in light of Sanchez's situation.

Mike Lowell (3B, BOS)--He's fine and is good insurance for Chipper. He'll never be the monster he was in Florida, but he is a good fantasy back-up.
Reply:It sucks.
Reply:so so i like that you have pulols and Rollins but number one where is you pitching there is only one there you need alot more than just him you bench is OK but the only real player of any worth is frank Thomas dump Hudson, dejesus and green they wont put up any numbers for you but the rest of you team is solid/'/
Reply:your pitching is the entire white sox staff?

Good line up bad piching
Reply:Looking at your team I must say that I am quite impressed. It is obvious to me that you must be very experienced and possess a great deal of baseball savvy. Your team is among the finest that I have seen this season and I commend you on your choices.

You have assembled a team with a great mix of speed and power, as well as a very solid pitching staff. Although there may be some injury concerns, the depth that you have built into this team is extraordinary. You appear headed to victory and a very satisfying season.

If you haven't done so, I suggest that you look into the possibility of making this more than a hobby. You certainly have some keen insights on the way a baseball team is assembled.

Good Luck!
