Big 3 team-3 player trade. Neeed your advice.?

Here's my team:

C John Buck (KC - C)

1B Albert Pujols (StL - 1B)

2B Freddy Sánchez (Pit - 2B,3B,SS)

3B Chipper Jones (Atl - 3B)

SS J.J. Hardy (Mil - SS)

LF Barry Bonds (SF - LF)

CF Andruw Jones (Atl - CF)

RF Sammy Sosa (Tex - RF)

Util Josh Willingham (Fla - LF)

BN Chris Duncan (StL - 1B,LF,RF)

BN Chone Figgins (LAA - 2B,3B,LF,CF)

BN Frank Thomas (Tor - Util)

A 3 man trade has been proposed to me. It goes like this:

I GIVE UP:

Todd Helton (Col - 1B)

Aramis Ramírez (ChC - 3B)

Ichiro Suzuki (Sea - CF,RF)

I GIVE UP:

A. Pujols (StL - 1B)

C. Jones (Atl - 3B)

C. Duncan (StL - 1B, RF, LF)

I'm thinking "yes" on the trade, what do you think?

Big 3 team-3 player trade. Neeed your advice.?
Yes. I know people say that you should never give up Pujols (me included) but this is too good to pass up.

Lets break it down:

1B:

Helton has a great average with good stats all around. No, he's not a Pujols, but he will give you great numbers that will be a little behind Pujols.

Advantage-Pujols

3B:

Here is where you are going to win big time. Chipper Jones has been on fire, but he's injured now. He hasn't played more than 110 games the last few years and won't play throughout the whole season. Ramirez always gets around 35 HRs and 110 Rbi's. He also has Lee and Soriano in the lineup this year.

Advantage: Ramirez

OF:

This isn't even funny. Ichiro is on pace for about 53 sb's if he keeps up the pace he's on now and you will have a .320 + average guaranteed.

Advantage: Ichiro

So you gain big time on two of the players and lose a little on one. It's a good trade.
Reply:I would take that. Even if Albert gets on track, Helton and Aramis will cover his HR and RBI's. Chipper Jones is on the decline and Duncan doesn't start every game. With Ichiro he will help you in steals and runs which are important. Plus he will get you a 3.30 average probably. I would def take this. In the long run I think it will be beneficial.
Reply:I wouldn't do it Pujols and the Cards as a whole are struggling this year and its typically not that good to have 2 players from the same team on your team! Plus A-Ram and Helton Are heating up and Suzuki is a great on-base % guy!!!
Reply:Go for it, you'll be fine after this trade
Reply:I think you should definitely take the trade. Albert Pujols will eventually come around but you'll have in good replacement in Todd Helton who's hitting .360. Ramirez and Chipper Jones will probably end up with similar numbers except Ramirez will have at least 20 more RBI's hitting behind Soriano and Derek Lee. Ichiro has started stealing more bases lately and has 6 steals in his last 3 games and he'll help bring up your team batting average along with Helton. Chris Duncan is a good player but there are other players with numbers like his in the free agent pool. If you end up accepting the trade, I would drop Freddy Sanchez for a pitcher with with a lot of K's and start Chone Figgins at second because he'll break out of his slump soon and help out Ichiro in steals.

Good Luck!!! I hope this helps.
Reply:YES DO THIS TRADE. YOU WOULD GET THREE GREAT PLAYERS AND IS ONLY GIVING UP TWO. DEFINITELY
Reply:Well, I'm unsure of which players you're giving up and which players you're getting, as you put this:

I GIVE UP:

Todd Helton (Col - 1B)

Aramis Ramírez (ChC - 3B)

Ichiro Suzuki (Sea - CF,RF)

I GIVE UP:

A. Pujols (StL - 1B)

C. Jones (Atl - 3B)

C. Duncan (StL - 1B, RF, LF)

I am going to assume you are trading Ichiro, Helton, and Ramirez for Pujols, Jones, and Duncan. I would take the trade. You're getting Pujols, who is going to heat up at the end of the month, Chipper, who has been very hot and hasn't been as injury plagued since he has been given time off, and Duncan, who you could keep or try to retrade. Ichiro is slumping, he will turn it around but will mainly get you steals and AVG. Ramirez is good, a little better than Chipper injury wise, and Helton, who is a good power hitter. Here is a player to player assessment.

Albert Pujols %26gt;Todd Helton

Chipper Jones %26gt; Aramis Ramirez

Chris Duncan %26lt; Ichiro Suzuki by a mile

A really good assessment can't really be made, I don't know what stats you are proficient in and what stats you lack, but that deal helps you in HR, RBI, and Runs, while losing SB and AVG.
Reply:for gods sakes man, do not give up Albert Pujols and C. JOnes. Sure Albert is slumping but you know deep down that he will break out and be top 3 in MVP voting by years end. Todd Helton is washed up and whos body can no longer take the wear and tear of a 162 game in 180 days season. C. Jones is having a monster year, and Duncan is a utility player who will help on those days when teams are off and you need positions to fill. Ichiro is also having an off year, so please if you want any chance in your league do not do this trade.
Reply:do it man helton and ichiro will get u tons of hits and runs they are on base all the time and aramis will hit u more home runs than pujols.
Reply:No I would not take it. Pujols will turn it around and will hit 40 HR again. and Chipper looks like he is going to hit 35 + HR and each of them will drive over 100 RBI with very respectable averages. I'll rate it like this:

Pujols %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;Helton

Jones=Ramirez

Suzuki %26gt;Duncan

Jones and Pujols are both better then Helton and Suzuki and the other 3 are better then only Duncan. It's like shooting yourself in the foot. Don't do it.
Reply:Ichiro is a downgrade. he's not batting that well and he's been getting thrown out on steal attempts. Not your classic ichiro. Ramirez is an upgrade. I regret trading him away for Cano and Hudson, but I got BJ Upton to replace Ramirez. I at least got Hudson out of the deal. Ramirez is a must have. Pujols is not having his MVP year. Go for it on the trade.
Reply:You would be giving up alot in HR's but you look like you should have plenty to cover it. You would be gaining SB, runs. i would do it, these guys would work good with the rest of your squad. Just be aware that pujols is about to tear out of his slump soon.
Reply:yes for sure Ichiro has caught fire and Pujols isnt doing much
